ARX naturalis: Premium Ecology Range
ARX naturalis is a premium range of wildlife habitats designed to encourage maximum occupancy rates with durability, practicality, resilience and affordability.
Every habitat has been developed with applied natural history and field knowledge to afford opportunities for the widest range of species possible whilst utilising a carefully designed and curated range of products.
Sustainability and resilience are key features of the range, providing a fantastic option for Biodiversity Net Gain, Rewilding and Nature Restoration projects.
Enhance Nature Restoration

Our Duraply® construction material uses only FSC® accredited timber and our woodland green weather-proof sheeting is made from recycled farm plastics.
Unlike brittle cement based products, all our habitats are extremely resilient and strong, so breakages in transit are virtually unheard of.
All ARX products are relatively light, making carriage and installation on site much more affordable, simpler and safer.
Most products in the range carry a 20 year structural guarantee and most will far outlive that promise. Developed and made in our UK based workshop with premium metal fixings, utilizing screws (not staples or nails) and high quality closures and hanging gear.
The thermoregulatory and humidity properties of the range are extremely stable; matching or outperforming cement-based equivalents and ensuring any wild occupants within enjoy the best possible conditions for resting or raising families.

Built for Biodiversity
All of the ARX habitats have been developed to encourage a wide range of species into diverse landscapes.
Whether you are augmenting a new woodland scheme, grassland mosaic
habitat, upland heath or riparian tree line there will be a suite of ARX habitats to suit your project.
Modern housing developments too must take into consideration the biodiversity net gain requirements and ARX products are perfectly placed to help provide long lasting mitigation assets in every circumstance.
Our team has first-hand knowledge of encouraging biodiversity and biomass in impoverished rural landscapes. Simon King changed a ten acre site in Somerset from a near lifeless intensive pasture landscape into a thriving mosaic of wildflower meadow, woodland, riparian habitat and marsh and further honed his knowledge of how best to rapidly encourage a broad range of species to the restoration project using custom built habitats.
